About Lyndsay
My name is Lyndsay & I've been a personal trainer for over 12 years. My favourite thing about being a trainer is watching client falls in love with fitness & seeing them do hard things that they didn't think were possible.
I'm a military wife & a mother of two wonderful children. Our youngest has a degenerative disease which brings a lot of unknown & challenges into our day to day lives. I know all about the struggles of balancing life & work demands while trying to show up as your best self.

Our focus is on adding more; more water, more sleep, more protein, more fiber, more habits, more veggies, more movement all so you can feel satisfied & empowered in your journey.
I was certified CanFitPro class instructor, a Crossfit Level 1 coach as well as took my Strength & Conditioning certification and Precision Nutrition course plus many other continued education courses over the last 12 years. I love learning about how to be the best coach possible!​​​​​​
